DARSTOP.UZ – TUTOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

Platform – Darstop.uz and related systems/applications.
Tutor – A teacher registered and approved to teach on the platform.
Student – A learner who purchases/attends classes.
Course – Any class, lesson, material, or educational service provided by the tutor.
Commission – The percentage of payment Darstop keeps from each booking.
Earnings – Tutor’s payment for services after commission deduction.

2. TUTOR ELIGIBILITY

To become a tutor, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate personal information during registration.
- Have legal right to work as a freelancer/educator.
- Agree that Darstop may verify your identity or qualifications.

3. TUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a tutor on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide high-quality lessons.
- Start lessons on time and maintain professionalism.
- Communicate respectfully.
- Prepare lessons and materials in advance.
- Use only licensed or original learning materials.
- Not share student personal data outside the platform.

4. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All lesson materials created by you remain your property, unless transferred to Darstop.
By uploading content, you grant the platform a license to display it for teaching or marketing.
You must not use copyrighted materials without permission.

5. CLASS RECORDINGS

All lessons will be recorded for quality and dispute resolution.
Recordings will not be publicly shared (except for the parties who participate like student, teacher, parent or admin of the platform) or sold.

6. PAYMENT & COMMISSION (UPDATED)

Darstop charges a 30% commission on each paid booking.
Tutors receive 70% of the total price.
Payments are made after lesson completion.
Refunds may reduce tutor earnings in case of poor quality or absence.
Any attempt to bypass payments may lead to termination.

7. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Tutor cancels >24 hrs: No penalty.
Tutor cancels <24 hrs: Warning or deduction.
Tutor no-show: No payment + possible suspension.

8. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

Tutors must NOT:
- Contact students outside the platform.
- Share personal phone numbers with minors.
- Promote external services.
- Use abusive or sensitive language.

9. RATINGS & REVIEWS

Ratings may be used for quality or marketing.
Tutors may request review checks if unfair.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Darstop may suspend or terminate tutor accounts for violations, poor quality, or fraud.

11. LEGAL & LIABILITY

Tutors are independent contractors, not employees.
Darstop is not responsible for local tax compliance or disputes.

12. UPDATES TO TERMS

Terms may be updated in the future.
Continued platform use means acceptance.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By joining Darstop, you confirm:

✔ I agree to follow all rules and standards.
